At Mike's Dive Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scuba and snorkeling equipment. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
